CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Tight Club | Williston at (802) 227-2287 or info@tightclubwilliston.com as soon as possible. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. As a small business, preparing the studio and reserving time specifically for you is part of the experience. When appointments are missed without notice, it directly impacts our team and other clients. Communication is always appreciated and respected and we kindly ask that you value our time as much as we value yours. Macie is graduating from Roger Williams University this spring with a degree in Communication. She first discovered Tight Club searching for a solution to her chronic acne after years of trying countless treatments with little success. After experiencing real, transformative results through Tight Club’s holistic approach, she became passionate about helping others access the same healing. Now, Macie blends her communication skills with her love for wellness to help bring Tight Club’s mission to more people—empowering clients to feel confident, supported, and connected to their bodies from the inside out.
